This information is used to create and manage your account, provide access to the marketplace and customer dashboard, process orders and provide the services requested by you.

When you place an order, we process the information necessary to administer and fulfil it.

Depending on the placement, this may include company and billing details, selected websites, target URLs, anchor texts, brand names, project information, special instructions and content or documents submitted for publication.

Information necessary to fulfil a placement may be shared with the relevant publisher or other service provider involved in delivering the requested service.

Payments on Spreadmarket are processed using Stripe.

Payment-related information may therefore be transmitted to and processed by Stripe as necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, handle refunds and provide related payment services.

Spreadmarket does not need to store complete payment card details where payment information is handled directly by the payment provider.

Spreadmarket uses Supabase for technical infrastructure including database, authentication and storage functionality.

Personal data required to provide these functions may therefore be processed through Supabase infrastructure.

Spreadmarket uses technical infrastructure and development or hosting services provided through Lovable and associated infrastructure providers.

Technical and personal data may be processed where necessary to provide, operate, secure and maintain the platform.

Spreadmarket uses email infrastructure associated with SiteGround to send and receive business communications.

This includes transactional communications relating to accounts, orders, placements, refunds and customer support.

Spreadmarket uses Ahrefs to obtain and process website and SEO-related metrics displayed in the marketplace, such as Domain Rating, estimated organic traffic and referring-domain information.

This information primarily concerns websites and domains. Where personal data is involved in the use of external services, such processing is handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Spreadmarket uses browser storage that is necessary to provide the functions you request:

Sign-in: your authentication session is kept in your browser's local storage (not in a sign-in cookie) so that you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.

Shopping cart: the contents of your cart are kept in your browser's local storage until your order is completed or you remove them.

Checkout: session storage, which is cleared when you close the browser tab, is used to keep your checkout entries while you move between pages and to prevent the same order from being created twice.

Security and infrastructure: our hosting and infrastructure providers may use essential technologies, including Cloudflare's security mechanisms (such as a short-lived security cookie) to protect the platform against bots and abuse.

Spreadmarket currently does not use visitor analytics, advertising tracking, advertising cookies or social-media tracking pixels.

Where permitted by applicable law, or where you have provided the required consent, we may send information about Spreadmarket, our services, marketplace developments or other relevant business communications.

Where marketing communications are based on consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time. Marketing emails may also provide an unsubscribe option.

Transactional communications required to operate an account or fulfil an order are not marketing communications.

Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data where processing is necessary to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests where permitted, or on the basis of consent.
